1. Mould Manufacture
Advanced equipments are used: CNC/Wire cut/EDM/ Lathe/Grinding/Drilling;
Professional design and mould manufacturing team, strong technical support, timely cooperation and communications;
UG/Pro-E/CATIA/Moldfolw are used for 2D&3D drawing, integration process of reverse modeling, Moldflow, mould design which provide a strong guarantee to design and manufacture high quality precision mould.
There are more than 20 sets latest generation of machines with clamping forces from 60 - 1000 tonnes in our workshop, we can manufacture moulded plastic components weighing from 1g to 3,000g each;
Each machine is equipped with robot, mould temperature machine, independent plastic drying machine, we can achieve fully automated production;
We are experienced in various precision component injection processing, such as double color injection, thin shell injection, hot runner injection, high speed injection, embedded insert injection, oil cylinder core injection.
We have advanced plastic-wire drawing machines to meet customers' different demands. Error range can be proved less than 2kg based on 500m net.
Maximum Wire：0.28mm; Minimum Wire：0.16mm; We also provide custom-made service for 0.32mm wire.
Capacity: 70-100 tons/month.
We have 9 warp knitting machines, including 3 high-speed warp knitting machines for producing 6.5m wide net, 2 each for producing 12m, 8m and 6m wide net respectively.
Capacity: 70-80 tons/month.
